PROFI-CAR CHARTS A NEW COURSE WITH MAJOR INNOVATIONS AND STRUCTURAL ENHANCEMENTS

PROFI-CAR has recently been fully integrated into the brand alliance alongside EUROLUB and BIZOL. For our partners, this integration delivers:

OPTIMIZED PRODUCTION AND NEW PACKAGING STANDARDS
A key milestone is the relocation of all PROFI-CAR bulk production to Eching:
Since February 1, 2026: 20L, 60L, 208L, and 1000L IBCs are being fully bottled and managed by EUROLUB.
Starting April 1, 2026: 1L, 4L, and 5L small containers will follow.
TECHNICAL & QUALITY ENHANCEMENTS
- 20L Canisters: Now feature a counterfeit-proof embossed plate including the PROFI-CAR logo.
- Modernized Labeling: Uniform labels (120×150 mm) featuring EAN codes.
- Bulk labels now include German, English, and Arabic.
- Multilingual Support: Small containers (1L, 4L, 5L) will feature booklet labels in 14 languages (including Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, and several European languages).
- Ergonomic Design: New 1L, 4L, and 5L canisters arriving April 1st offer improved handling, most notably the dual-handle design on 4L and 5L units.
- Universal 38mm Cap: Standardized across all sizes to optimize pouring, reduce spillage, and simplify daily workshop operations.
- Unified Seal: A new seal cap for 1L, 4L, and 5L replaces the previous ring-peel liner, ensuring a consistent, premium brand appearance.
- Drum Facelift: Existing 60L and 208L drums have featured an "Ice Blue" lid since February 1st.
- Universal Compatibility: 60L drums will now use the same threading as 208L drums (¾" and 2"), allowing standard drum pumps to be used across both sizes.
Note: A small selection of specialty products may continue to be delivered in the previous 1L, 4L, and 5L canister designs until December 2026.
LOGISTICS & EFFICIENCY: GLOBALLY COMPATIBLE
OUR MODERNIZATION EXTENDS TO OUR PACKAGING & SHIPPING SCHEMES:
- Transition to Euro-pallets and CP5-pallets for better compatibility
- CP9-pallets remain exclusive to 208L drums
- New Boxing: 4L units will now be packed 4 to a carton (16L total)
- Streamlined Shipping: Our new pallet system eliminates the need for wooden panels in containers, though safety
- airbags remain in use for cargo protection
ADDITIVES & PRODUCT RANGE
- Starting April 2026, our full range of additives will be permanently in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
GLOBAL PRESENCE & INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIRS
PROFI-CAR will maintain a strong presence at leading international trade fairs throughout 2026:
- Automechanika Frankfurt: September 8–12, 2026, at the EUROLUB stand (alongside BIZOL).
FACILITIES & LOGISTICS HUB
From April 15, 2026, we invite partners to schedule visits to our German production and bottling facilities in Eching, located just 10 minutes from Munich International Airport (MUC).
Effective April 1, 2026, all product groups will be available for collection at our centralized hub in Southern Germany:
